B: coffee+sweetened almond milk
L: small salad with light berry vinaigrette, chobani apple and cinnamon yogurt, 3 slices of turkey
S: trail mix I made with the boyfriend from Whole Foods :) and sliced peppers and cucumbers
I biked for 40 min this morning and I know I should eat after that but I ate so much yesterday at din so I feel really full still and gross :p also on my period so that’s no help. Gonna run later today and do some more abs and arms bc I’m feeling flabby hah
